You missed the last sentence of that article when you copied and pasted it:

"Alabama will soon lead the series 10-5."

Most Big East teams had to replace Temple on short notice also. Ever think of that?

NO NO NO NO NO, Moldy. You are not going to get away with that. The Big East eagerly kicked that team out. Don't cry me a river for something YOU did, knowing full well what was going to happen. Besides, Temple is still I-A. Why do you need to replace them? Can't just use them as an OOC game?

Can't get away with what???? It doesn't matter why or how Temple left the Big East. They were gone and the other teams needed to replace them on short notice. It's that simple. No one was discussing why temple left at all.

Nope, not Ohio, but Youngstown State. I can see why Pitt didn't want to keep Temple on the schedule, seeing as they could possibly lose to the Owls. But wouldn't the three extra Big East teams replace the Temple team being kicked out as far as scheduling? And if not, why didn't the Big East just keep them on the schedule for this year as an OOC game and start worrying about the 2006 and 2007 schedules without Temple? Then again, maybe they were looking for excuse to add Liberty, Youngstown State, and Woffard.

Hey coach. That article must be wrong. According to AE, PSU DOES NOT schedule years in advance.

Losing Temple might be a big loss to the Big East. Considering they may be the third best team in the conference this year behind Louisville and WVU
