Re: CR Lion Football
Left-eye... CR's boys enrollment was 200 back in 1999 which was five away from single A in football. In 2000 Ridge had a graduating class of less than a 100.
HR...I don't know how Ridge's numbers will change for the next cycle. Our JR class of boys will count again as it did two years ago and it has an abnormally high number of boys (over 100 and only about 50 girls!) I am told that the SOPH. class is somewhat opposite. Our girls numbers is 220 which is about what the average for both has been for a long time.
Foggy...Ridge has not grown much at all over the last 30 years it just seems that way because of falling enrollment across the western part of the state and in certain parts of district 6 i.e. Cambria County.

Re: CR Lion Football
Anyone else see CR listed in the honorable mention of the state rankings? Congrats to them.

What week is the Bellwood game?
Honorable mentions are great, but when you get ranked in the top 10 in the state, then you got something to say. Bedford dominated its schedule last year, and never cracked the top 10 in the state. It's a good thing that Ridge is getting recognized for beating two 0-4 teams, a 2-2 team, and 1-3 team. ALL SINGLE A!!!!
