Complaining here on BC will yield absolutely nothing.

Simply running your current coach out of Fishertown will not change anything either. He is working for the administration. I would guess if you asked them they would say he is very successful. Why would you want to replace him?

Better have some well thought out plans as to what you want to accomplish. If you do then who knows perhaps Wilkins could take you there.

It is easy to sit back and complain about how you dont like the present stuation. It takes leadership to yield real change.

As opposed to being 1-8 and not making the playoffs?

Gunner, I was expressing my opinion of how the administration and school board probably view the coach.

The other thing. Do you think that the administration have winning a District, Regional, or State Championship as a goal? Unless something has changed I would say probably not.

The unfortunate thing is that there are a lot of people in the CR community who want to do that very thing.

foghorn, a trained monkey could get ridge into the playoffs with the schedule that play. honestly, how much coaching strategy is required to beat glendale and williamsburg???? the only way ridge will ever be able to say that it has a good team is when they start winning in the playoffs. period.

dawg, i realize you were speaking for the admin, but regardless, what i said is still true. id say the admin has winning a district championship in mind as a reachable goal, obviously they want the team to do the best they can (state champs) but for them a more realistic goal would be a district title...or at least a game on the rug, and i dont mean against BG.

one more thing foggy, who would you consider more successfull last year, the 9-0 bisons who lost in the first round? or the 8-1 Tyrone team that won districts and made it to the state semis?

Not really a tough call there Gunner, TYRONE. Ridge sucks, that's all there is to it. Game over after this week.

Gunner, you are assuming a lot there.

I would love to hear someone from the admin make that statement. And then follow up by doing what it takes to get there.

"Trained monkey" isn't very funny.

Gee, Gunner, you haven't been paying attention if you think Dawg speaks for the administration.

I for one have my Cheasnut Ridge Hat, Sweater, Underwear, and Lion Slippers all on for week 9.

I believe a win for the Lions should have the AA playoff Brackets something like this.

Tyrone, Bedford, and McCort on one side.

Forest Hills and Cheasnut Ridge on the other side.

Oh, what a wonderful world we live in! Especially if your a Ranger Fan!

GO LIONS!!!!
And the last thing I must tell you...NEVER QUIT!
