That's HIGH praise coming from you. Maybe there IS hope for you yet.

I just noticed my post count is horribly lower then what it should be. Oh well, doesn't matter that much I guess.

As a personal preference, I would rather go to a live event. Why do people go to shows when their are much, much better bands on CD? Why do people go to a concert when you can get a CD of the music played perfectly? Because live performances add atmosphere.

so the only reason you go to football games is to hear someone sing the National Anthem live?

that post gets my vote for the "most idiotic post of the year" award. if you want to hear the National Anthem sung live, go to a concert. if you want to hear it done right yet with noone that can properly sing it, pull out a CD.

Gunner, you are starting to sound like Moldo. First off, I don't really like football. Secondly, I was making a point. I would rather hear it sung live then on a CD. It's much more--powerful. I backed it up with examples, though they might not be the exact same thing. Besides, thats much more then most people do here.

I think what I am trying to say is, I conceeded. I was only giving my personal preference. In case you don't know what that means, change them to the word, 'opinion'. Seriously, I even stated that. You had no clear reason to attack it when I clearly respected your angle.
