Bill Cower Says Good Bye
...if Cowher does decide to come to Sidman to take over for Coach Bailey, he'll have to make sure he brushes up on his Math so he can hide the numbers from the PIAA and keep the G&G at AA!
Did you not get the Memo: No negative references towrds FH will be tolerted! Please abide by this dictate. And BTW I know Bill C., he would never fudge the #s.

I have to say thank you to me ..." for not being stupid enough to go to Penn State."

Are you insinuating that Jim Fossil is the fresh, motivatied, young face I want to see get the Steeler job?

Re: Bill Cower Says Good Bye
The Steelers always avoid major change, but there are pros and cons to this decision. If they go with Whisenhunt or Grimm, the system that the players are familiar with will remain. But is that a good thing? I think most of us can agree that the Steelers were an extremely talented team, but they made so many stupid mistakes. Was that preparation or just player errors? That is just speculation.
And if the steelers hire someone from the outside, there will most likely be a new system, new coaches, and a learning time period. And you could almost guarantee a few rough seasons. But maybe that is what the steelers need in the long run to be successful.
Personally, i am pulling for Whisenhunt or Grimm. Nobody likes change
