if we're saying who beat who... didn't PSU beat Oregon State pretty handily? and didn't Oregon State beat USC???

and if you're saying that my research is jaded because they played bad competition in the first couple years of their time in D 1 doesn't that just justify the fact that they've had less wins against easier opponents than PSU has had against good opponents? (mind you i'm not a huge penn state fan, in fact i'm not a huge football fan, more of a casual watcher)

Don't bad mouth those D1-AA teams too much. Appalachian State did beat one of the best teams in the Big 10 last year.

Yeah and they completely shut down Florida in a bowl, which everyone seems to coincidentally forget.

The Big Ten is 4-4 vs the SEC the last 3 years. Big Ten is 7-7 vs the SEC the last 5 years. Big Ten is 14-13 vs the SEC the last 10 years.

I said it was a good Michigan team. However, they were no Oregon State.

Also, giving up 400 yards of offense and 35 points is not shutting a team down. That would be like me saying Texas shut down Oklahoma this year. Easy, TAE. I know it's Friday and you probably have consumed one too many, but you're not going to pull a fast one on me.

you have yet to counter any post i've made vman...the original post was that south florida is not a good football team, you said in essence that USF is better than PSU (no you didn't come right out and say it, but you hinted that they've been a better college program than psu) and you have yet to present anything that makes me think that your claim is true.
