FH won BUT it could've been a much different game.. They couldn't stop Rizzo but Bailey went away from it. FH also had a bunch of HUGE 3rd and 4th down stops.. if Richland completes just one of them it's a different ball game. Interesting.. end of the game Bailey Jr. is out on the field after a Dudukovich touchdown making an a$$ out of himself, yelling at a ref for a poor call and gets flagged.. but it turns out he had a good point.. FH receiver lined up on the line of scrimage, then went in motion (Illegal motion or false start).

Congrat's to Dudukovich for winning MVP of the Rivalry game and congrat's to FH.. not sure what the trophy means besides "We beat a team we never lose to"

It looks like all signs point to a co-championship in the LHAC.. CAN WE PLEASE GET A CHAMPIONSHIP GAME?!

Good old young Bailey, always trying to get his QB some more passing yards. Field conditions seemed pretty soggy, may have benefited FH. Good game though, will be interesting to see if Richland improves some more for the playoffs.

I agree, if that game is played at Richland things are totally different. Bad weather always benefits a running team and hurts a passing team and that's exactly what those two teams are. But at the end of the day.. this is Western PA, reall football is played in November, and the weather will NEVER be nice in Western PA in November. Maybe Bailey Jr. should rethink his offense!

And to think people thought I was crazy for thinking Richland had a chance, from what I heard from a buddy of mine at the game Richland was the more physical team tonight, which I still have to see to believe, but in the end poor play calling and terrible officiating did them in. But is their anyone on here who seriously thinks FH is as good as McCort? McCort dominated Richland all night, FH easily could've, and possibly should've, lost.

If Richland doesn't go for it on 4th down from their own 30 in the 3rd qtr when they were up 9-7, who knows the game might have been different. But they did and ended up not getting it, FH goes down and scores and ballgame pretty much over. Richland did a nice job of milking clock and shortening the game and keeping the FH offense off the field as much as possible. This game could have easily went either way. But I don't think you can give a solid argument for FH being better than BM this year. BM has easily rolled through their schedule while FH has had close encounters with lowly Bishop Carroll, PC, and now Richland all of whom BM easily handled. I think you have to give the nod to McCort this year.

Bishop Mccort has definately looked more impressive throughout the season, and if you go by that then they would probaly beat FH in a game if they played. Games aren't won on paper though, they're won with heart, and forest hills handled mccort in a scrimmage this year, which is ALOT more accurate than "comparing scores"

I guess we'll never know though, it would be a great game

BM played that scrimmage a day after coach Seidel passed away.Of course his son sat out n I think 2 lineman. Anyone knowing anything about BM coach Seidel was the heart n soul of that program. How effective was that squad going to be less 24 hrs after receiving news they would be without somone who was heart n soul of the program?

Defense wins championships.

Good teams find ways to win close games. Going 10-0 is special no matter how you look at it.

Don't forget...FH gave up 9 points to McCorts 35.

Defense wins championships.
And the last thing I must tell you...NEVER QUIT!
