If you are placing Scott on the list you have to include Jake Strayer. If I remember correctly both of his high school defeats were by the hands on Strayer

and I have great respect for Strayer....but I don't think of him in that way....I saw both of Scott's losses to Strayer (I believe Scott was a freshman and Strayer was a junior)....I think Scott had leads in both matches, but just couldn't close the deal (probably due to Strayer's phenomenal conditioning).....but I also saw Strayer lose matches to other people, whereas I didn't see Scott lose to others (at least not in HS)....

again, just personal opinion...

X-Man...what do you know about Schalles to include him on your list....he's way before your time.....he's almost before my time...HA....Schalles had a great senior year, beating the unbeatable John Chatman...I can remember listening to the match on the radio....Schalles really blossomed as a wrestler in college...looked up some things on Wade on Wikipedia....it's a little inaccurate, I think....but he was a great showman....

I thought that Strayer wrestled Garrett's older brother Brock and that's the one he beat not Garrett. I could be wrong though.

The Scotts are not siblings but are cousins...I think Jake beat Garrett.

Jake beat both of them. His junior year he beat garrett in the D6 and SW Regional finals, and then he lost in the state semi's and garrett went on to win it. Then his senior year, he beat brock in the state finals.....

That SW regional final between Scott and Strayer was probably the best wrestling match I ever saw. Six minutes of non-stop wrestling....and throw in a few controversial calls. IF memory severs me…Strayer was awarded a TD or a reversal in the final seconds of the match.

Longball, I have kids your age...

What about Terry Williams, oh wait, maybe I shouldn't know who he is either because I would have been -14 years old when he graduated high school. But, I'm the only one who brought him up.

Longball, this is the X-man you were thinking about...I was actually the one playing around. Haha. Let's be realistic Longball, I'd have to have run with the dinosaurs to have kids your age.

well, I feel so much better...I hate to unintentionally upset people...on the other hand, if it is you, HA...

and then no, you weren't 14 when Terry graduated, as he's two years behind me....
