Manning has over 4,000 passing the last 4 seasons in a row, holmes breaks the touchdown record for backs, lewis almost breaks the all time rushing mark, brady......?, I'd have to go with lewis.

I have trouble not being bias on this one: I hate the Ravens and Jamal Lewis; I hate Tom Brady; so my pick is Preist Holmes.

We are talking the most important player to a team. So if you take that player away from the team, the team would go from the top to the bottom.

When you think of the Chiefs, you think of Preist. They are a high powered offense and Preist leads the way. Jamal Lewis is a good one, but the Ravens are known for their defense. Faulk is a good back for the Pats, but Brady is a good argument. I just hate the arrogant son of a gun.

He plays football on Sunday

I'm gonna have to agree with S Cube. Jamal Lewis all the way!

When yards are worth points I'll cast my vote for Lewis. Holmes did what matters, he got the ball in the end zone. An 80 yard run in which you get stopped at the 1 and eventually come away with a FG isn't as good as a 1 yard TD run in my book. I say Holmes should get it.

sports999...someone has to get them the whole way down to the 1 yard line to be able to punch it in...i still like jamal just because of the fact that they have no passing game...the chiefs have a very capable passing game with trent green...this is why they will go farther than the ravens in the playoffs...i dont see the ravens winning more than 1 game this year due to their lack of a passing game...but i still say jamal is the leagues mvp...

Manning is my absolute favorite qb in the NFL. He is one of the minute few that stills plays the position the old school way. I'm cheering for the Colts the whole way, but I don't think he should be the MVP. If you take him away from the Colts and give them some mediocre quarterback, they are still gonna be right up there, having James, Harrison, and some other quality recievers.

The point is, 27 rushing TDs is more impressive than 2,000 rushing yards.
