If it is true Coach Sponsky is going, then I believe the Kepharts will slide right back into Portage and all the coaches will be excited, maybe not on the outside, but coaches tend to forget when it can benefit them.

I was at the Williamsburg game and the talk that night was Sponsky was gone. The principal almost didn't let them play the game in the first place. Something about the seniors getting in trouble. They played completely undisciplined. How can you go from a district champiuon to losing to Williamsburg?

Do not know about the seniors getting in trouble. But, I am aware of some football players getting in trouble at a home volleyball match and Sponsky was present.

We ( the seniors) weren't able to play the first quarter against Williamsburg because players were using certain language during the game, which is rediculous in my opinion. The principal tried to cancel the entire game because of it, but decide not to because it was Williamsburgs senior night

No, people didn't call the school, a teacher that was on the sidelines told the principal, but that chantwas used all of last year when we were good and not a person had a problem with it, and the words "f 'em up" has been used for a long time, all that I have to say is, first the football program is going to go down, because If Sponsky doesn't leave I will be thouroughly surprised, and once he's gone, the football program will be done for, and with less football players coming to the school I think all of the male sports will decline because there will be less athletes. The school is going to be closed soon and I'll be surprised if it's not, the people in charge are running that school into the ground, lots of kids plan on leaving and some already have

Last year you also had a male football coach as a principal now you got a female english teacher. Athletics is not at the top of the list for the board or the fill in principal. Have they even started looking for a principal yet? All the problems at the beginning of the school year spelled doom for this years football team and maybe the school. This was a family friendly school now its a we want r money school. What did Craig do to get thrown under the bus, besides want the money he and the kids raised for the football team. Whatever school get Craig is def getting a good coach who puts his time in.
