I would like someone to explain to me how Krupa is the 1 seed over Craig......

Craig winning percentage% x 60 = 54.5, D3 = 15, Quality Points = 5 + 3 (Rizzo) + 12 + 12 (Krupa) = 101.5 + more competition points that dont jump out to me??

Krupa winning percentage% x 60 = 48.3, D2 = 20, Quality Points = 10 Rothermel D4 #4 + 10 Reilly D1North #4 + 4 Hixson + 3 Rizzo + 10 Rosensweet D2 #4 = 105.3 + more competition points that don't jump out to me??, must have had more then a 15 point lead on Craig.

Coach- NBC winning it would be a shocker. LOL They def have some good wrestlers, but team that wins it is going to need some points from about every weight. NBC just has too many weights they won't get anything from. I also think I'll take the under on your 6 champions prediction.

I don't think the long layoff really can help CR. I would rather have a couple late matches scheduled to keep the intensity up.

As far as seeds @ 120, somehow Thomas from Bedford has very few competition points, 5+5 for 2 matches with Roberts + 12 for a win over Replogle. Amazing contrast Thomas vs. Easter, both 30-4 and just a weight class apart, I get 93 competition points for Easter, 22 for Thomas.

Easter & Miller of Berlin both benefit from wins over Charlton of Meyersdale, who is a quality wrestler but 2nd string on his own team to Day. Easter & Miller's wins over Charlton get them (11) points, wheras Thomas (& Miller also) don't receive any points for defeating Day.

Miller also has wins over D9#2 Smith (12), 2 losses to Roberts (5+5), a loss to Diehl (3 I think) , a win over Hardaway D7 Sectional #2/regional 5/6 (idk points on that 12?), a win over DeFloria D7 Sectional #3 (idk points 10?), and a loss to Patrick (4).

So Thomas I get % points of 52.9, competition points of 22, and returning D5 #2 of 20 = 94
Miller I get % points of 48.6, competition points of perhaps 62? = 110.6, with a 15 point gap needed to avoid head to head result factoring into things.

Odoyel, since you have a pretty good handle on this can you tell me why Cahill at 138 pulled a 4 seed? Better record than the boy from Berlin, Beat boy from Berlin twice in heads up and he is the third seed.

Chief- My guess would be that with D-5 going solely on seed points that Cahill being a freshman doesn't have many. Remember Berlin went and wrestled that AAA dual tourney out in Pittsburgh. So even if a kid losses to good competition you are racking up points. There are a few that cuaght some tough breaks because of this.

That may be the case but, Word is he was within several points. Something doesnt quite fit on this one. Their are several cases like this but, if it is a point system and what you say is in fact the way they seed it then, I understand. However, in this particular case, Something does'nt appear to be right. If they follow their format on D5 site clearly this class is seeded wrong. Being a Chief(CT) man I have to stick up for our gang as it appears no-one else will.
