All i have to say is that BG's football team was there since little gridders. They don't win at football because they don't recruit for football. Portage fans talked big game this week and when they lose big they complain, call people classless and say teams don't earn it. 1 D6 team has made it to the finale of states recently. Yes it was bishop mccort, but one team making it that far probably says more about the district than the fact its a public school. Portage simply got out played tonight. I was surprised, Penns Manor outgained Bishop Guilfoyle last week. Actually when talking to the Kitt family they thought Penns Manor would do good moving to the WPIAL or LHAC, that they are as good as those LHAC teams but they just don't play tough competition to let them learn that turnovers hurt.

I was at the game and have seen all teams that are left....BG is by far best team. BC is a close second....but Chadborn is D1....and he has a younger brother. ...can anyone say Forcalini's!!!??? Seriously. ....did u even ever play? Think Talent may make a difference? Not sure ask Franco? !!!

No i did not play there but i have family who does and friends who do. I mean both A.J. Kitt and D.J. Kitt agree with my cousins about both coaches.... as far as the BG qb i don't think he D1. I don't think he is even the best D6 A player we've seen in the past 10 years.

I feel bad for the Portage players but as for the fans I could careless how they are feeling today. I live outside of Portage and do some beer drinking in Portage and they are unbearable to deal with, every year they believe everything Gouse tells them and they think they are the best team in the district.

BG/BC/BM should not be playing school that graduate 50 kids. In that context one or two transfers can really tip the balance. In AA, where the student pool is larger it makes less of a difference. Telling Portage or PM to get better is not fair as there really arent that many kids to choose from. I can understand the frustration. With that said the BG kids can only play the schedule laid out for them by the administration. They have a nice A football team

Then same needs go for Bellwood who is a lot bigger than these schools. Plus you don't here district 7 crying or Southern Columbia crying.
