A college level weight room with a strength and conditioning coach. A facility for wrestling that will likely be the best in the area. A schedule that is insane which allows its wrestlers to compete against very high level kids. A coach who is tough, knowledgeable and well respected. A team full of kids who can push each other in a practice room.

I think there is more to this than academics religion recruiting whatever, think this is a screw you move but I'm just speculating

A "screw you" move to Bedford? For what?
Re: Kaden Cassidy
If he stays at Bedford and does good, he can be a Hometown Hero. Fans will remember him for a long time. There's a local connection. He goes to BM, he's forgotten after he graduates.

I think it's a lot to risk on a new program and a coach with not a great track record. But I'd never go against what a parent thought was the best option for there child. I'm sure they have thought about it a lot and think that it's the best option. In the end that's the only opinion that matters

Grooming him for PSU, sorry but as I recall Benton is not a name State College holds dearly, I certainly hope that was a jokeManfred wrote:Yeah, but new Coach will be grooming him for PSU.
Re: Kaden Cassidy
Obviously the parents then think that it is best for Kaden in academics, discipline, and religion because everyone knows it is illegal to transfer for athletics. Surely those who hold religion so high would NEVER go against the rules.

I don't think it's a "transfer" when it involves a ninth grader starting high school. I went to Catholic grade school, and many of my classmates' parents chose to send them to Westmont instead of McCort. I never thought of them as "transfers" just merely enrolling in high school.

Yeah guys and gals, he's not a "transfer." He's just switching schools from Bedford to McCort. That's nothing like transferring. It's simply enrolling in school. Give me a break Crimson. You sound dumber than Konjo ever could.Crimson's Ghost wrote:I don't think it's a "transfer" when it involves a ninth grader starting high school.
