look for BG to move up to 3A. This was not about Catholic, it was about the points system.

Why wouldn't they just let BC play up?
It's more than just points.

For Bishop Carroll it wasn't about point systems or playing up - anything like that, I sincerely don't think the league trusted their football program would be able to keep operating. Chestnut Ridge makes the league stronger at this point in time.

I wonder how the sections will work out?  I've heard Ridge will slot right into Section I, but for travel, wouldn't they prefer section II with Bedford being in that section?

Chestnut Ridge and Bedford would be a great rivalry In football.

What does this move do for BC's enrollment?

It **is** a great rivalry for football. The LHAC forcing it's schools to play 10 conference games instead of 9 killed it.

It is, but they were only playing in playoffs before Bedford joined D6

They played a regular season series as recently as 2013.

I don't believe this is possible. The deadline for classification for the 2016-2017, and 2017-2018 seasons were due by November of 2015. They made the choice for this cycle at that time.

Well the realignment isn't starting until 2018-2019. So I would guess any moving up wouldn't have to take place until then either.
