Penn State Coaching Candidates

We have heard all the names with Matt Rhule and Curt Ciginetti at the top of those list.
who is interesting as a candidate outside of these two?

anyone surprised Jim Knowles the Def coordinator is not mentioned on anyones list?

From names people have thrown around Joe Brady, Lane Kiffin and Eli Drinkwitz all are interesting. Some have thrown Saban and Urbans name out there. The 1st 3 are more realistic. Now a different topic but still Penn State related. Has any other coach that has gotten fired from a job been on college gameday the next week? I wonder how it will go i hope Franklin isnt going on there to garner sympathy for himself.

Bob Chesney? JMU. Similar resume as Cignetti. Very similar path. Mount Carmel grad standout football player there

Would love so see them get Hartline. Wouldn't mind Diaz either. Whomever they end up with, I hope they keep Smith on the staff - he came into a terrible situation and has kept the team together & not quitting on the rest of the season.

What is amazing though, is how many recruits PSU has lost since they fired Franklin, but LSU & Florida have lost a combined ONE recruit after firing their coaches. That is CRAZY!!
