Ridge Varsity Wrestling will be extremely strong I believe. Next year they will have all of the freshman who wrestled jr high this past season including some good wrestlers like Harbaugh, Pfahler, Tomovich, and some others I can't think of right now. Plus they will have all of their returning upperclassmen who had some good matches and experience in past seasons. It should be a pretty exciting and breath taking season next year. Can't wait! :D Good luck guys!

bedford will be losing a lot of good wrestlers too...it would still be a good match up ....but both teams are losing goood wrestlers..which will make it little more exciting

I think you are seeing the effects of some great elementary coaching at Ridge, along with Jr High. After the Ridge/Bedford match this year, Bedford went home with their tail between their legs and needs some "hope" for next year (this forum). Unfortunately, the only thing anyone talked about was the tire slashing, not the dominant performance of both Jr. High and Varsity that night. Beford's elementary program doesn't hold a candle to Ridge's and that's where it all starts. I honestly look for a repeat next year, regardless of who is moving up. JO's next week will tell a lot.
