I agree with ridgewrestler. It is mighty tough to keep any type of sports team undefeated 3 years in a row. I'm impressed! 8) But it's not just the coaches supporting their players, encouraging them no matter what, and teaching them lessons they will never forget in their lives...but it's also quite an accomplishment for themselves as players. :!:

I don't think that matters soccerchick184, i really wouldn't care if the chestnut ridge wrestling team was undefeated for 15 years. that's not why i made this post.............. i made this post to see who everyone thought the most DEDICATED coach was this year not the most GREATEST coach............ i wanted to see who people thought was the most DEDICATED coach this year which means always sticking behind his/her team who is always willing to sacrifice something..........i believe that anyone that wants to make a post needs to make sure they know what the post is truly about!

So you don't think being undefeated for 3 years in a row takes dedication? Ha...yeah...maybe you are right...OR NOT. I think you are the one who needs to think before she posts. And being dedicated and being great are practically the same thing because in order to be great you have to put forth the effort and hard work and be greatly dedicated. These coaches are dedicated and put a lot of hard work and heart into creating such a magnificent team. I give them much credit for that. So grambygirl about holding such a great record and yet not being dedicated is crazy...think about it. 8)

I have to agree that Chuck Corle has to be there at the top along with his assistants. He didn't get D5 Jr. High Coach of the Year for just being undefeated 3 yrs in a row. For anyone that wasn't there, he received this award at the end of D5 finals in Windber.
