I am a little disappointed that everett didn't have any first team selections.
I thought they performed well this year. But losing 1st playoff game is never good.

IMHO.... True and Shriver from SF and Zimmerman from TM are solid first team SHL all starts. I think that Clapper from TM, Spriggs from M-burg, Miller from Everett, and Barefoot from CR would be very tough to choose just two from to fill out the first team.

Everett had well balanced scoring, and that doesn't get you on an allstar team when at times people base their votes on strictly points. Everett did go out early but they did get a bye first round so they made it further than any other county team.

Lemmy has to be Fulton County boy! First, SF didn't dominate the league and really has no claim on two automatic first teamers.(IMO this idea that the team that wins the league gets two automatic first teamers is ridiculous!). Second you have True, Shriver, and Zimmerman as your top 3!?! Barefoot is easily the best player in the league followed by Miller from Everett. SF had the best all-around team but not two of the top 3 players in the league.

i believe that the players that made the list are very deseving. Miller is a good ball player and should be there also. I was lida suprised to see two SF players though.
Some fear the last shot, others live for it.

Lemmy is from BedCo. But I have been known to ride my bicycle to the top of Sideling Hill in Fulton County. Just because you win the league title does not mean you get two first teamers in my opinion. Looking at the team, I was surprised to see that Novack (sp) from CR was not honorable mention. I think that Barefoot may be the best scorer in the league but not the best all around basketball player. I was somewhat disappointed in Miller improvement from his sophomore year to this year. Before the season started I was saying Miller was better than Harris from Bedford and Barefoot.
