There was a pro football movie made a long time ago with Charlton Heston playing an aging quarterback. I forget the name, but God was it awful. So bad it was sort of enjoyable -- one of those. I usually love Heston, but in this film he threw like a sissyboy. (I didn't say girl because a lot of the girls who play sports nowadays throw as well as guys. Plus I'm not a sexist pig -- Mother Foghorn, my sisters, and Mrs. Foggy taught me better than that.)

Anyway, does anybody out there remember this flick?

Caddy Shack II is by far the worst sports movie I've ever seen. It was absolutely terrible in ever essence of the word and yet another reason why some sequels should just never be made.

foghorn: The movie your are referring to with Charlton Heston as the aging QB was "NUMBER ONE". In the movie he played for the New Orleans Saints. It was the only movie I ever went to, where they let you in for free, but charged you to get out!!!
