My prediction for the first two weeks is WET & COLD!
If you don't know where you're going, you'll probably end up somewhere else.

Aj Alexander was kicked off the altoona track team. Altoona mirror said he was dismissed from the team for violating team rules. Does anyone know the details?

I was at the Shippensburg Inv. on Sat. and he was not there. Heard a rumor it was his grades but I don't think that would get him kicked off the team for the rest of season. Had to have been something more than that.

This is the note from the Altoona Mirror last Sunday.

Alexander off team
From Mirror reports
Senior A.J. Alexander, one of Altoona’s top track and field competitors, was dismissed from the team prior to Altoona’s victory in Saturday’s Shippensburg Invitational.
‘‘A.J. broke some team rules and that is the reason for his dismissal. That is why he is no longer on the team,’’ Altoona coach Mike Adams said.
The dismissal ends Alexander’s high school career. He accepted a scholarship to play football at Florida State this fall in February.
If you don't know where you're going, you'll probably end up somewhere else.

100- i think will be a good race, especially between bowman from rockwood and edwards from meyersdale
200-i saw donaldson ran a great time the other day but i dont know if he will run it at districts
400 and 800-you gotta have jordan donaldson as your favorite...he is simply a beast
4x1 CR and bedford are very close but dont rule out everett either
1600 wilt from shade and mitchell from tussey-should be a good race...i may have missed some ppl in this...i think NBC has a kid but his name is escaping me right now
110 hurdles- rhodes from cr has the best time in the district by almost a second right now
300 hurdles- burkett from windber and soliday from cr with i believe a kid from berlin close behind
3200-same as 1600
4x4- up in the air
