Good D5 Soccer teams!

Post by SDB10 »

Any idea who will be a good soccer team this year. I was just wondering because I will be moving up to the high school team for Hyndman this year.

township will once again be the team to beat in d5, mcconnelsburg always seems to b a pretty good team, especially when playing on their field. i wouldnt expect much from the other 2 county teams (everett, nbc), rockwood will b a strong contender as well this year. north star has been going down hill the past couple years, but i think a turn around should occur this upcoming season.

I hate to say it since I go to Berlin, but their boys team is gonna be shaky next year. They lost Buddy Darr and Levi Dively, the team's all-time highest scoring duo this year due to graduation, as well as defenders Kyle Courtney, Devin Pritts, and Hunter Grove. They didn't have much of a JV team this year at all due to numbers just being down, so hopefully there will be some good upcoming kids from the junior high team. They shouldn't have a problem in goal with freshman Ethan Suder returning, but other than that I'm not sure that they're gonna be able to return to the playoffs for a fifth straight year.

Oh, and Hunter Dane....you're my hero! :P

Hunter Dan? I have his bowhunting doll along with his treestand and bow. I also bought the Boss Tom turkey seperately.
