yes. any private school or school in a co-op agreement should have one by their name and accomplishment.

you can put an asterisk by the district titles but conference titles has nothing to with classifications making it fair game. why don't the haters just step up and beat these men and take back the conference title. only 2009 will tell gentleman

No. It's not like they are like Bonds deliberately cheating. The PIAA allows how they do business to happen, so until the PIAA makes a rule against this how can you say they are cheating? If the MLB decided for some teams steroids were allowed Bonds would be good to go..
