Doubtful, they lost their best players in Preuss and Lupek. Still have Dalton Uncapher, 6-4 jr. C. he's a big kid with lots of upside

Valley is always an example of a team who compete to play in districts, with good coaching and athletic kids.

Glendale is my sleeper pick in the District. Return four starters including Tyler Jenny who is a solid player.

Harmony will again have a nice team although it is two man show with Cameron Norris and Erik Welteroth.

Penns Manor could be decent out of the Heritage as will be Homer Center.

You always have to keep an eye on the Bishops (Carroll and Guilfoyle)

NS pounded CV at home with a junior and 2 freshmen and won the westpac north. Not sure how CV jvs will compete against them. NS has the big 3 returning along with better guard play and a deeper bench. NS should enjoy a good year and it would be reasonable to think that Fleegle, Walker and Strasiser will be better, faster and stronger. Tall team for the area, 6'7", 6'5" and 6'5". These kids are athletic and show basketball intelligence. Could make a long run in states.

oh yeah that transfer from brooklyn?
uh, no. i dont think that kid will step it up at all. honestly i think he should never step on the court especially in a varsity game.
