Where are they playing?
Where are they playing?
Could we start a list of active college basketball players, both men and women, from D5 and D6? Iinterested in seeing who is playing at the next level.
Name...High School....College, etc.
Thanks.

Re: Where are they playing?
what about current college players and former college players from D5 and D6?
Re: Where are they playing?
Ha Letsgo, whatever shakes your backboard. Let's do it. How far back in time do you want to go with the former players? At my age I might begiving some of the younger members on this site a history lesson.

Re: Where are they playing?
Paul Weatherly (Johnstown) Ian Vescovi (Cambria Heights) Que Brandon (Westmont) Jordan Miller (Central Cambria) Dereck Malzi (Richland) are all currently at UPJ.
Re: Where are they playing?
Holy D II....maybe "Ruk" should rename UPJ to The University Of Cambria County...LOL...Great seeing so many local hoopers having the opportunity to continue their bball careers!
Thanks for the info.
Any others?
How about the girls? I see the young lady from Northern Garrett County High School is having quite a start for the Lady Cats. She isn't a D5 or D6 girl, but she grew up on the south side of the Mason-Dixon Line, next to Meyersdale and Salisbury.
Thanks for the info.

Re: Where are they playing?
Teddi Burkett and Becky Bard are playing at Mt. Aloysius. So is Tanner Thomas. Luke Gallaher is high jumping at Pitt.
It ain't over until it's over.
Re: Where are they playing?
Ha Manfred...thanks for the info. Could help an oldtimer out tell me what high school these athletes attended? Thanks for your troubles.
Re: Where are they playing?
What does high-jumping have to do with basketball? There are about 15 local kids wrestling D1 right now, and a ton of baseball players D1, D2, and D3.
