Anybody else tired of the privates winning all the hardware? For the percentage of privates involved vs publics, it seems like they run the table every year.

Not as much in AAAA... I just want the same rules to apply to all. If Tyrone for example, has a kid from BG and a kid from BA on their swim team .. They have to count both schools on their enrollment for that sport and be AAA for dist champ... BG for example has Central and BA girls on their BBall team, they should have to count BA and Centrals enrollment with theirs.. They do that... I'd be good.

And now the reward for the pawns on the remaining eight teams, an 18th week of practice in temperatures well below freezing just two weeks before Christmas in an attempt to win a trophy that may be sold at auction in 25 years.

I've been saying for decades: Make all private schools play AAAA, and we would see how great they are then...or better yet, since privates think they're so great, they can choose to play up in AAAA every cycle. Lol at a Mccort or Guilfoyle vs Chester in basketball. Final score: 105-20.

However, the PIAA system is strictly enrollment based, not boundary based. Until that changes, it will be more of the same.

Did the 6-6, 6-7, and 6-8 kids on BCs basketball team grow up in the district or somewhere else?

The hollisenger on BC which I believe is atleast 6-8 is from Ebensburg, I'm not sure about the other ones, I'd assume they are all from there too
