D6 championship predictions

Any early bold predictions. Should be a great year

A - Bishop Guilfoyle I like what I am seeing at Bishop Carrol. The third team is a pick em. I don't see a strong contender. United has the talent, Portage is not impressive this summer so no strong thoughts on a number 3.

AA - Blairsville though Bellwood should not be overlooked. Then pick em between Bishop McCort and Westmont

AAA - Call me crazy I like Johnstown but they are going to have to work hard with a new coach. Forest Hills will be in the mix then really who ever can put together a good season.

AAAA - I don't have an idea as of this time. I just don't get an opportunity to watch these teams that much.

WHO do you think will be the most improved bad team this year??

In A I think juniata valley could contend. BG should be very good though

I thought about them but they do loose 50% of their scoring with two graduating seniors. Can they make that up?

Blairsville has dropped to A this year so they will be a top contender with everyone back

Carroll against BG should be great

AAA will probably be somerset or huntingdon again. Both schools have their top players back and they were in the championship last year which somerset won. J-town will be a sleeper if price can get his players disiplined and to listen.

They just said the Blairsville boys did not move down and I have no idea how you can say Portage, Homer Center, and Claysburg have any chance going up against Western Final runner-up and the regions MVP in Brandon Martinazzi.

The one staple is Bishop Guilfoyle on the top though. I was told they still have 3 returning starters and also heard they have an outstanding sophomore class coming in.
