is there anyone who throws jav out there in district 5?

nope, they just cancel the javelin throw completly at districts, noone throws it so they dont bother having it.....woooow!

i threw the javelin once, it went like 89 feet. Is that good? :lol:

yeah i guess it did sound like that, my bad. i meant who throws jav out there that is good? Didn't Shade have a junior throwing 180 last year? Where is he now?

Shade's guy that threw 180 last year was George Childers, and he was a senior. He ended up placing 8th last year at states with it.

thanks Gunner, and soccerchick thanks for the info about the shade guy, i wasn't sure what grade he was in because on the piaa site it said he was a sophmore last year and i thought that couldn't be right.
