From who I've played against, I would think Everett and Forbes Road both have chances. Haven't played Ridge yet, so they might also. There seems to be a lot of parity in the league this year though so there are others who could beat them.

We have a shot to beat Southern Fulton but we gotta wait till next Friday to play em down there it will be a good game but i think we can beat em by the way SF is 10-3 and FR is 10-4 and probably 11-4

With NB's Overtime win over Everett last night, SF now has a 3-game lead (using the loss column) over CR, E, FR, and NB. Barring a complete foldup of the tents by the Indians, I think they have an insurmountable lead. That being said I would be shocked if the go through the league undefeated. I think they will suffer a loss or two....even a third loss will probably allow them to hang on to the title though as the other teams keep beating each other.

Coach Hendershot has to be pleased...he's on the verge of 2 in a row when Everett ('04) and C.Ridge ('05) were the prohibitive league favorites coming in.

Only Sideling Hill losses count in winning the league though. I don't believe Southern Fulton has lost yet in the league have they?

yeah, only SHL games count toward the SHL..........

i'll give credit where credit is due, and honestly, i think Hendershot is a really great coach as compared to others in the area, thats why they're good

I'll tell you what happened....that's the only sport they have! In the fall they have to be together getting everything ready for their winter run through the league. In the spring they throw out some people dressed in baseball and track uniforms but let's face it....B ball is the only sport they "go after" on the boys' side of things. Every other school in the SHL is competitive in another sport or two along the line.
