I haven't seen many of the above mentioned play so I can't say who is best. But I will add Highberger from Blairsville to the list. He has thrown for 2000 yards and is pretty darn good.

Wilson from Tyrone is probably the best quarterback in the area. Look at the numbers or just watch him play. He's thrown a total of only 5 interceptions from the beginning of last year through the 10th week of this season. He is very tough and poised in the pocket as well. Top notch quaterback.
