Funny thing here...
Joe Paterno led the 2005 Nittany Lions to an 11-1 record and a #3 final ranking after two previous years of 3-8 and 4-7.
Dave Wansplatt successfully led the preseason top 25 program right into the ground and finished up his great year with a 45-13 loss to rival West Virginia. 5-6 baby, 5 and 6.

Points taken. But JoePa sure is funny.
I wish his comments concerning the FSU player's suspension for the Orange Bowl were included on this blooper. Maybe it will be added later.
His actions and comments become more embarassing as time goes on.

When you're 79 see if you don't do some of those things. I think alot of people forget how old he is and how good he looks for his age. Is this now the only cut you have against PSU?

Re: JoePa Bloopers
It's not the only cut against we have against PSU. Let's face it. You guys made fun of Wannstedt when he was interviewed at halftime of the WVU game. But that's NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING, compared to what JoePa says and does.

You Penn State fans have really twisted what Wannstedt said at half time of that game. Over time, you have really changed his quote. His exact quote was, "We gotta be tackling better." Not "gooder" like some of you think he said.

Of course with the mumbling and stammering offered up by JoePa, comes the philosophy that boys will be boys. You know, that drunk driving is o.k. since nobody got hurt, and if a cute girl knocks on your door, what's a young guy to do????

Joe's halftime response would sound something like this....."Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh we ahhhhhhhhhhhhh we ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh gotta play ahhhhhhhh bbbbbbbbbbetter. Souf Floreeda has the best running back in the ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh country. And the whole bit.

Is this quote going to continue? I don't see an end...
So tell me Moldo, you're 21,sitting in your hotel room in South Florida and a girl knocks on your door, what are you going to do? Are you going to tell her she's not allowed to come in even though she wants to? I don't think so. Unless you're gay, which isn't totally outta the question.
