Who flinched? nfl referees blowing it?
What is the definition of "flinch" did Nate Washington "flinch" against the falcons? or does the entire offensive line practically stand up when Peyton Manning is pretending he is a genius. when manning comes to the line the wr's and linemen rock back and tilt their heads to hear what he is saying and most times three players are moving toward him at the same time to listen in on the golden boy genius. What is the diff?

Do you really think Jeff Reed was going to make that field goal?

Also, Peyton Manning is a genius. He's not just shouting out garbage at the line. Those are called audibles, he awares his o-line of the defensive blitzes. If Ben and Batch prepared for their games like Peyton does, maybe you wouldn't have to worry about a field goal in the last seconds of the game to win, not that Reed even really had a shot at a field goal over 50, the way he's kicking right now.

That's true Peyton does have all those rings to proove his greatness. He did a heck of a job of awaring his O-line in the playoff loss to the steelers. But hey, This year the colts are superbowl favorites again. As they have been for about the past 4 or 5 years. How many times have they even made the super bowl?

good point lefteyelouie...
if peyton manning is such a genius and the colts are so good, why hasn't he made the superbowl yet? he's a good quarterback, but still in big games, he hasn't proved anything. look even into his college years. when he left tennessee after making it to 0 national championship games, what happens? some first-year starting quarterback named tee martin leads tennessee to the national championship and he beats florida state in the championship game. where's tee martin now? until manning at least leads his team to a super bowl, i wont mention his name as the best quarterback right now.

After he gets one this year, you can all shut your mouths. At least his career didn't end after one Super Bowl like the Steelers quarterback.

Well his career couldn't end like that. Remember, he has NEVER won anything. The colts are always the favorites and they never win. Peyton would rather audible out of 80% of what is called and run his own plays. They always look real pretty in the regular season. But, You have to be able to play physical, stop the run and control the clock in the playoffs. None, of which are exactly what the colts are known for.

I just think it's funny that you guys come on here and cry about the call yesterday, but yet what helped win the Super Bowl? Let's get real, you don't win and lose by referees, unless it's a blatant or just awful call. Peyton runs his own plays pretty much to perfection. I don't know if anyone has ever really watched him against anyone besides the Steelers. Peyton's team was a play away from being a Super Bowl champ. Don't sit here and tell me that Big Ben is better than Peyton. Please let reality set in and notice how great Peyton is. His offensive line and himself made Edgerrin James. Look how well he's doing. Look how well Peyton's doing. Peyton doesn't even have a top 30 running back. Peyton is great. Deal with reality.

I think Pittsburgh is in a world of trouble, and if it wasnt for Ward yesterday, that game would have been a blow out. Personally, I think Willie Parker is a garbage running back, and I hope Pittsburgh goes after a top RB in the offseason and doesnt get scared b/c of what happened to Staley. Willie Parker is not strong enough to be the top back in that offense. They actually made a terrible QB look great yesterday. Most overrated player in NFL history is Michael Vick. As for Big Ben... I dont even know what to say. He looked okay before he got hurt, but I think you are really succeptible to concussions once you get one, right? I'm afraid this kid is not gonna be around as long as we'd like. The draft will be interesting for Pittsburgh. I honestly dont think this team is making the playoffs.

Ah, don't you all see what's going on here. Every year, Deliverance has a new team. One year it was the Vikings, because he has a man crush on Randy Moss. Don't hear anything from him about the Vikes now do ya? Or the Raiders for that matter.
But, Deliverance needs a new team, because the Raiders suck and he can't use that great excuse of liking the Vikes anymore because Randy isn't there. So Deliverance has now picked up on the Colts. Real ballsy there Deliverance.
At least Steeler fans stick with their team, no matter how bad they are.
