UNREAL HIT in Hawaii game...
I wanted to see how good Hawaii really is so I'm watching this game. Colt Brennan just got absolutely demolished. I mean the guy was flat out demolished by #31 from Fresno. He is still down...Hopefully he is ok.

Hawaii is good. Nothing spectacular, but ok. They won't lose a game in the regular season this year, and will still probably be denied a BCS berth.
Speaking of the BCS. The new standings are out. I thought when this innitially came out, it was in the "formula" that throughout all the games played all year, 2 teams should emmerge undefeated. So tell me why, after the 11th week of the season the 2 undefeated teams are 3rd and 16th in the BCS standings? And how does PSU go from being ranked 23rd, to unranked after picking up at 31 point win? I thought strength of schedule was eliminated from this "formula"? I guess not. HOPEFULLY this season will help the cry for a playoff system be heard even more. The top 20 teams are so even this year, let alone the top 8 or 10 or 12 or however many you could have in a tourney. Maybe one day they'll get it right. Maybe...

No they wont Ham they will continue to run college football into the ground and screw the fans over year after year after year.
I dont know how they would do it but if fans could some how protest and no one go to the bowl games for a year then the playoff will be put in.

The Big10 Network is available to anyone who has Dish Network or Direct T.V. on some of the lowest programing packages available. And it's in HD.
In order to get ESPN U(non-HD) I'd have to beef up 52.99 more a month just to watch one Penn State game or watch the Pen's games that are played on the Versus channel(available in HD, but not with that upgrade)
Penn State hoops are picked to finish fourth in the tough Big10 this year. Whether or not they'll do it is beyond me, but I guess we'll have to see. Either way, it'll be easier( as a Dish subscriber) for me to watch PSU games than what it ever was before. Assuming I'd ever want to do that to myself.
