Interesting topic....as a Bedford Co. Basketball historian of sorts let me start with the eastern half of Bedford Co. and comeback with the others later:

I would include guard Don Wagner (played at Juniata) as a reserve on Tyrone's all-time team.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say Eddie King, along with being a great baseball coaching legend was a great basketball player for some one some night.
I could see him easily putting up 42 or so against someone a game.
