You guys are right, PSU ppl get away with everything. They could have killed someone and it just would have been shrugged off. Hang the Lions, LITERALLY. If this had happened at Boise State, would you care so much? How about Akron, or Cincinatti, How bout Ohio State? No, you hate PSU and you let that cloud your judgement and your thinking, get off your high horse, they don't read what's on this board and they aren't going to be charged for this again.

I treated this the same as I treated all the stupid incidents that happen at other major college programs: be glad you got to even hear about it. This kind of retarded stuff happens on every campus, on every major team. You don't think Pitt players have gotten away with stuff? WVU, OSU, Michigan, Temple, Syracuse, whoever the heck else? It made the papers, which is luck in itself. It doesnt make it right what they did, but when you take into account that theres players getting paid and steroids and everything else, who cares.

Good Point AE, Just like the Colorado Football Case!! Every school in the country takes the recuits and shows them a good time and women, booze, etc. but they got caught and have to do something about it!! All Teams do crazy things, believe me!!

The ONLY DIFFERENCE IS...PSU is an easy target when their armor is "chinked" because they claim to be a "cleaner" and "better" program than everyone else. PSU's arrogance about this makes them an easy target when stuff like this does happen. I agree: it happens everywhere: EVEN AT PSU and NOT JUST TO THE SWITZERS AND SHERRILLS OF THE WORLD.

Sanctimonious JoePa thinks his program's PERFECT and has a lot of the Blue and White brainwashed. Looks like his "GRAND EXPERIMENT" isn't succeeding after all!

C'mon...The arrogance of PSU, Paterno, and their fans is unprecedented...JokePa will just write another phony novel about how "The other programs are corrupting college football, it isn't us" and all of his other sanctimonious crap. He's the self-proclaimed savior of college football, yet his own program is squarely in the toliet, and neither The Savior, nor his followers can see this.

Don't bet the house on that--I am sure that some people still think that PSU is the perfect example of a college football program and that JokePa is the perfect coach, and PSU is the perfect school with perfect discipline for players who step out of line. Heck, after all, I followed a car home from my jog at a local park today and read a bumper sticker:

"IF GOD DIDN'T LIKE PENN STATE, THEN WHY IS THE SKY BLUE AND WHITE?"

Actually, I was thinking God liked Duke's hoops team, or possibly Central Connecticut State's fencing team...

Sickening.

Football...My Way.......Ummm, yeah.

I guess Switzer and Sherrill were the only people to ever have a violation in NCAA football?

Just footnote JokePa's literary masterpiece from about 15 years ago:

JokePa: "I wanto to finish my Grand Experiment, because it's good for the game...I have no desire to leave the game of college football to the Sherrills and Switzers of the world."

You tell 'em Joe. Just shoot and ARROW right through the hearts of Sherrill and Switzer...

BTW, when's Joe's new book "Depth Chart Justice: My Way" hitting Border's???
